Franz Hofer starts operations with one refrigerated truck and establishes the company Transbozen GmbH in Bolzano (IT)

A new era begins with the expansion of the vehicle fleet, the opening of an office in Bolzano and the rental of a car park with a small workshop in Colma (Barbiano).

Transpozen invests and grows: a company site in the Barbiano artisan zone is purchased.

A new office building is built in the Barbiano artisan zone, with its own staff apartments and a company-owned workshop including a car wash.

Establishment of Transbozen Logistik GmbH.

The expansion continues: the subsidiary Transbozen spol. s.r.o. is established in Budweis, Czech Republic.

The company introduces a quality management system in accordance with ISO 9001 and IFS Logistics in accordance with EN450011.

Establishment of the subsidiary TBA Transbozen Austria GmbH.

Transbozen Logistik GmbH successfully obtains the BIO certification, which enables it to transport all organic foodstuffs.

Transbozen spol. s.r.o. builds a new office building and workshop in Vodňany (CZ) and moves in the same year.

A year of considerable growth and modernisation: the fleet was expanded by 50 trucks and converted in its entirety from emission class Euro 5 to Euro 6.

Capacity and efficiency are increased: At the headquarters, two new warehouses are acquired, modernised and equipped with high racks, adjacent to the new administrative wing.

Warehouse B: Addition of a new hall for storing milk powder and construction of a high-bay warehouse

Purchase of the first liquefied natural gas (LNG) truck and investment in Biogas Wipptal. Construction of a new refrigerated warehouse in Laion.

A new warehouse for customs goods in Mozzecane (VR).
